I barely have time for Tumblr. I’ll try to make a blog entry every Monday with my weight, my mood, and my goals for the week. I’m on a fruit and veggie deal. Only fruits, veggies, and some form of protein. Let’s see if this will help when I don’t have time to work out.

This is so legit. When I go for my swims after school I see the synchro kids doing their thing. It’s crazy intense.
Weight: 196 lbs.
Mood: It’s 7am and I have to go to school in an hour…so, not so happy I guess.
Thoughts: Wow. 196? I’m only 17 years old. Pretty big.
Goal: Exercise for at least 1 hour for 6 days a week, and have 1 rest day. This might be hard considering it’s been freezing outside lately.
I’ll post one of these every week, but I’ll try to update what I eat every day.
I think I might be down for this tooSoo many people I have talked to lately say that they lost a lot of weight when they went vegan. Even more people I talk to about eating healthy suggest veganism. I love meat. Lol but I am going to try this! Every single person I know who successfully eats this way says it makes them feel better in every way! I am doing my research so I can stay healthy. It’s going to be tough. I am going to give myself one day a week where I can have a little cheese and meat… Starting Monday! Wish me luck!
Have you ever seen Bridget Jones’ Diary? My blog is going to be like that. I just went though some shit, and i want to become a new person. I don’t want to change everything about myself..just the things I don’t like. So, starting tomorrow I’m going to put the date, my weight, and my feelings for the day.
